Weeds have overgrown what was once a symettrical area of grass and shrubbery. To either side, dense thorn hedges bar any passage. North, the gate stands. ~ 0 9 0 E hedge~ A dense black mass of thorned foliage, barring any passage runs to either side of the narrow path between the gate and door. ~ E door~ A door of solid polished marble, inset into the wall of the tower. ~ E tower~ A tall tower of stone, it reaches high above you. ~ D0 ~ ~ 0 0 5856 D2 ~ ~ 4 5818 5858 S #5858 The entry chamber~ You have entered a long vacant hall. The east and west walls are bare, the stone dark. To the north, a doorway pierces the wall. Looking up, you can see next to nothing save darkness. Below, the base of the tower lies. The stone surrounding you is cold, and if you were to touch it, possible damp.
